Three things we care about most
Every batch starts with Rocky Mountain snowmelt, filtered through granite and delivered straight to our brew house. It's the foundation of every beer we make.
We source barley from Front Range farms, hops from Colorado hop yards, and seasonal additions from nearby orchards and apiaries.
We brew 15 barrels at a time, which lets us experiment freely and ensures every pint is fresh. When a batch is gone, it's gone.
Session IPA - 4.8%. Bright and citrusy with Citra and Mosaic hops. Light body, big tropical aroma.
American Red Ale - 5.4%. Toasty caramel malt balanced by Cascade hops. A Colorado classic.
English Brown Ale - 5.1%. Nutty, smooth, and sessionable. Notes of chocolate and toffee.
American Wheat - 4.6%. Crisp and refreshing with a hint of orange peel. Perfect for sunny afternoons.
Mountain View Brewing Co. started in 2017 when head brewer Jake Torres turned his garage homebrew setup into a dream. After winning three consecutive Colorado homebrew competitions, he and co-founder Lisa Chen signed a lease on a 5,000-square-foot warehouse in Denver's RiNo district.
Today we brew 15 barrels at a time across a rotating lineup of IPAs, lagers, stouts, and seasonal specialties. Our taproom seats 80 and features live music every Friday, brewery tours on Saturdays, and the best mountain-view patio in RiNo.
The Summit Session IPA is the best session beer in Denver, hands down. We come here every Friday after work and always find something new on tap.
Did the brewery tour on Saturday. Jake walked us through the entire process and let us taste beer straight from the fermenter. Incredible experience.
The patio here is unreal. Great beer, mountain views, and a food truck out front. This is what Colorado is all about.
